Delivery Schedule
We aim to provide you with the best shipping experience. Our estimated delivery timelines are based on the day and time of your order:
- Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday:
- Estimated Shipping dispatch: Next Monday
- Estimated Delivery: 5-8 days from shipping date.
- Reason: Weekend orders are processed for dispatch on the following business day to ensure timely delivery by our logistics partners.
- Orders placed Monday to Thursday after 4 PM:
- Estimated Shipping dispatch: Next Monday
- Estimated Delivery: 4-5 days from shipping date.
- Reason: Orders placed after 4 PM are processed the next morning and shipped for next-day delivery.
- Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 4 PM:
- Estimated Shipping dispatch: Same Day
- Estimated Delivery: 5-8 days from shipping date.
- Reason: We prioritize same-day dispatch for orders placed early in the day.
Shipping Partners
We utilize reliable domestic courier services to deliver your orders efficiently and securely. Delivery availability is subject to the serviceable PIN codes in your region.
- Please ensure your PIN code is entered properly our system will auto-check the serviceable before placing an order.
- If our courier partners do not cover your area, our support team will contact you to discuss alternative options or a refund.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Free for your orders.
- Any additional charges for remote areas will be communicated during checkout.
Order Processing and Dispatch
- All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse located in Shopwish, Khudiram basu road, P.C. Sarani Lane, kamarthuba, Habra, North Twenty Four Parganas, West Bengal, 743263.
- You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Online Paid / Prepaid Order Term & Condition For user
if the Buyer/User wants to cancel ( Any Reason from the buyer/user side** ) before shipping then The 3% cancel fee & Packaging fee will apply ( This amount is charged as payment gateway transaction/convenience & shipping process fees) but if the ordered product/package already shipped then buyer/user cancel ( Any reason from buyer/user’s side, e.g. reject to accept**/not Available/request to cancel/wrong or incomplete address or anything else from buyer side may reason of failed/RTO shipment ) will charge 5% (Payment Gateway + Shopwish Service fee) & Packaging fee will apply *
Shipping Process/Packaging fee slab 0-0.5Kg is Rs.100 and Rs.100/additional 0.5kg

**If the Order failed due to seller/shopwish reasons then the cancellation/Packing fee will not apply.
